I have been coming to this shop for about 15 years because they are honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and accept your vehicle for repair when you need it done (I have encountered a few shops that wouldn't take my car in for up to a week, which is not a convenient option for me with only one vehicle available to me). Nova is a proactive planner for your repairs, so when you have something that he sees starting to deteriorate, he lets you know in advance with an approximate time frame for the needed repair. This has saved me thousands in labor work, because when we know something needs replacement but isn't an IMMEDIATE need, I have been able to have those items replaced when something later came up in the same area of the vehicle (i.e. I have needed motor mounts done for about 1.5 years now, so when my odometer cable broke recently and the engine had to come out anyway, the motor mounts got done without spending labor costs on this labor-intensive repair as a separate job). LOVE this shop and their great friendly service!

George & Sano (sp?) were fantastic. It is so rare to meet people of such a high caliber/who care. This is only my first encounter and I have never written a review that is unequivocally glowing as a first. However, in this particular instance, when I was dealing with unreputable people for a simple job, United Alignment really came through to save the day. I truly hope this will be a long and fruitful association.

I went to get my alignment there for my 2013 dodge ram 2500, there customer service is great. They have a great staff. I was in and out within a hour. They do excellent work.

Fast and friendly service

I was referred to them from, Alberts High Tech, I trust Alberts with my Prius he's great at fixing Priuses ! I need my wheel alignment done because I had hit a curb the other day and I thought Albert can fix it ! he doesn't have that service at his shop. Albert referred me to United alignment ! They were able to take my Prius immediately and we're done with in the hour , I liked United Alignment Prices,which was way less than Toyota ! I got in and out very fast, and they were extremely nice and pleasant.
